After two weeks of voting, with hundreds of votes submitted, the CSA Governance and Nominations Committee is pleased to announce the CSA’s five new/returning board members. These individuals herald from four states (CO, NC, CA and MD) and represent citizen science through data management, biodiversity, public communication, GIS, biology and ecology. They are:
- Greg Newman, returning
- Caren Cooper, new
- Lea Shanley, new
- Alison Young, new
- Cat Stylinski, new
They will each serve a three year term on the board, beginning in May 2017.
