Calls for two core program elements, symposia and workshops, are open now through 20 September 2024.
Symposia and workshop spaces are limited in the program and submissions are highly competitive. Bring your unique perspectives and expertise to a wide audience with a symposia or workshop at CAPS 2025.
The call for individual presentations, including posters, will open later this fall.

Symposia are cohesive sessions designed to elevate multiple voices and perspectives that advance a topic of value to the field.
Symposia are part of the core body of the conference program and are open to all registrants.
Sessions are 75 minutes and will be presented in a variety of interactive formats including fishbowls and gallery walks, as well as more traditional panel presentations.

Workshops are hands-on, interactive, experiential, engagement-focused sessions with stated learning objectives for participants.
Workshops are held before and after the core body of the conference program and can be proposed as quarter, half, or full day sessions. All conference registrants may also register for workshops (fees may apply or be covered by the workshop host).
The call for symposia and workshops closes 20 September, 2024.
